For Stampli customers, invoices can be emailed to a dedicated address that is specifically set up for a customer. When emailing invoice attachment(s) to Stampli, keep the following in mind:
Stampli only accepts invoices in PDF format. Any attachments that are not in PDF will be disregarded.
Up to 30 files can be sent in a single email.
Each file can be no larger than 50 MB. Note most email clients do not allow attachments that are more than 10 MB.
We recommend an individual invoice is no more than 299 pages, even though unlimited number of pages is supported.
After an invoice is uploaded into Stampli, a customer can add an unlimited number of attachments to the invoice.
