PO Matching UI & Functionality Improvements

What we released:

Multiple enhancements to our PO Matching feature based on customer feedback.

Why it matters:

These updates improve visibility, readability, and performance when managing PO matching, making it easier to match invoices to purchase orders accurately.

Feature details:

UI Improvements:

  • We've fixed the checkbox position to remain anchored on the left side of the screen, ensuring you can always see which lines are checked or unchecked even when scrolling horizontally within the table.

  • Column dividers have been added to the header row, creating clearer visual separation between each column and improving overall readability when reviewing line items.

  • The additional information line that previously described line-level discrepancies between the PO and invoice has been replaced with a tooltip icon that will display the details of the discrepancy when hovered over. This was done to help declutter the interface while still providing access to important contextual information when necessary.

Functionality Updates:

  • We’ve added a “Refresh Receiving” button to the top of the PO Matching screen, allowing you to refresh receiving data without needing to refresh all other PO data, saving time when you only need to update specific information.

ERP Integration - Great Plains MEM with PO Support

What we released:

Enhanced support for Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains customers using Multi-Entity Management (MEM) to export PO-based invoices.

Why it matters:

These customers can now process all invoice types in Stampli without requiring extensive setup, improving efficiency and expanding workflow capabilities.

Feature details:

  • Support for PO-based invoices

  • Support for shipment invoices

  • Support for receipt-based invoices
